Glo Officialy Declares September 28 2017 As Free Data Day

;
It was once a happy moment when Glo announced a free data day last August, so many of us were very very happy, most of us position their Glo Sim card prior to that day. But unfortunately, NCC put a stop to that plan on the claim that Globacom did not first seek their attention before announcing the plan.

But it seems Glo is not relenting in carrying out their free data plan. Glo has once again announced that September 28 will be a free data day but this time with terms and conditions attached to it.

According to Glo:
All Glo customers can now enjoy a whole day of free data when they meet set of voice and/or data usage threshold within 7 days to the free data day.

As you can see, the message from Glo had it that you must meet some terms and conditions in other to be able to enjoy the Glo free data day. It, not a big deal to get eligible for it, you just have to do the things you a have been doing with your Glo Sim.

To Be Eligible

Is either

  1. You use NGN 150 or more on voice calls plus 100MB or more of data OR
  2. Use NGN 250 or more on voice calls.

Now if you are able to meet up with the requirements, you will receive a Message from Glo announcing your eligibility for the free data day.

Will It Be Unlimited Free Data Day?

According to Globacom, you will be able to browse for free on that day, but when exceeding 200MB, your browsing will stop. Meaning that its cap 200MB.

If you really want to enjoy the free data day, you should just follow the eligibility process so you can rock with others on that day.
