Facebook Added Igbo, Hausa And Yoroba Languages To It Language


Hello my Muslim friends Happy Eid-Al-Adha, I greet all of you guys and hope you guys celebrated today's version nicely, seriously you guys are great.

The visit of Mark Zuckerberg to Nigeria did not just bring affordable data plan to Nigeria, It did not just make Nigeria one of the icons to the world, Mark did not just visit Nigeria to come have a view but he has even taking something that will benefit us wich is adding Nigerian major Languages which are Igbo, Hausa and Yoruba.

If you noticed before this day Hausa was the only Nigerian indigenous language that was on facebook but now you can enjoy facebook with your mother tongue.


When Mark Zuckerberg visited Nigeria, in his speech he promised to make facebook easier for Nigerians and also get more people connected to their love once no matter what. Now we can see the fulfilment of the promises and I think this is a step ahead to better  things and communications.

How To Change My Facebook Language
Unfortunately, it has not yet featured in facebook web version but only the app version of facebook so What you have to do is to just to

  • Download the latest facebook app on google play store 
  • Now login with your facebook login details
  • Go to language options of your account
  • Then select any language of your choice to be it Igbo, Hausa or Yoruba


That's it enjoys facebook on your local dialect.

Mark is really a business minded man that take any opportunity that comes to his way and turn it to success and that have kept him going, from the am seeing things he will go higher than he is right now.
